Insertion

Always wash your hands thoroughly using antibacterial soap and ensure they are completely dry using a lint-free cloth before handling your lenses.
Place the lens on the tip of the index finger of your right hand and ensure that the lens is not inside out.
Hold the upper eyelid open using your left hand, making sure your fingers are placed along the lash line to help keep the eye wide open.
Using the middle finger of your right hand, pull the lower eyelid down and move the lens towards the eye.
Gently place the lens onto the cornea and look down.
Once the lens is safely in the eye, gently release the eyelids.
Repeat the process for the other eye.
If you are left-handed, simply swap hands during the process.

Use your left hand to hold open the top lid.
Lower the bottom lid using the middle finger of your right hand.
Place the index finger of your right hand on to the centre of the lens whilst at the same time looking up. This will allow the lens to move down.
Now, keeping your thumb and index finger apart by a distance of approximately the width of your eye, bring them together and gently pinch the lens off the surface of the eye.
Repeat the process for the other eye.
If you are left handed, simply swap hands for the process.
